What You'll Do:

Technical Support & Administration

Provide comprehensive IT support to all employees and coworking space clients Create and manage user accounts with appropriate access controls Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software to meet organizational objectives Perform diagnostic testing and debugging procedures to optimize system performance Implement and maintain security protocols to protect confidential data and prevent security threats Ensure data protection through encryption, secure storage, and other cybersecurity measures

Live Streaming & Event Support

Set up and troubleshoot audio equipment including mixers and microphones Provide technical support for webinars and virtual events Set up and manage live streaming equipment and software for company events (OBS and alternative platforms)

Documentation & Collaboration

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides Support the Senior IT Administrator with special projects and assignments Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
