We are currently looking to find an IT Administrator to join our diverse team in Sterling, VA.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure and is part of the Commercial Operations and Business Integration (IT) team, located onsite in Sterling, Virginia. At OTT HydroMet, our vision is to provide valuable insights for experts in water and weather applications, to help protect lives, the environment and infrastructure. We do that globally and that is why limited international travel (less than 10%) will occur.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
As part of the IT Infrastructure Team, solve problems within the assigned systems and ensure that clients, servers, and services are appropriately updated and patched, ensuring system security and reliability
Manage improvement projects related to all clients, servers, network and other infrastructure, while prioritizing based on customer input and company priorities
Maintain high standards in terms of written materials/documentation, including system-level documentation, change management notifications, infrastructure/ incident reports, and monitoring anomalies
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Degree and 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Tech Stack such as Workflow development and SharePoint development
Knowledge of client and server environment and Active Directory
Dutch and English language skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in/skills in:
Digitalization
Independent procurement of IT equipment

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
