Ensures that computers, servers, and services are functioning properly and are available to users for maximum efficiency. Provides level II & III end-user support for software and hardware issues. **What You'll Do:** The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as this role evolves. • Be familiar with Buildingi’s core business and operations as well as the services provided to the client. • Represent Buildingi and the services provided with the utmost professionalism. • Provide systems support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users. • Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating systems and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users. • Add and maintain users and equipment on the network; assigning application access, ensuring security and configurations are within standards. • Keep accountability of equipment inventory, replacement and repair parts, hardware and software agreements, and licenses ensuring accuracy. • Assist in ensuring that backup, recovery, and security procedures are set up and performed as planned and necessary. • Assist in monitoring networks to detect potential errors or problems. • Provide superior customer service and communicate effectively with a wide variety of users, including management of IT support tickets. • Assists in the purchasing of new computer equipment and peripherals for a specified location. • Basic Administration of Phone and Voicemail systems for site • Provides recommendations of program changes to correct software problems. • Troubleshoots any software and hardware problems through debugging, testing, and vendor assistance. • Performs service administration tasks for software and hardware products to ensure manufacturer warranty. • Perform other related duties as required. **What You'll Need:** + Oral and written English required. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in English both written and oral. + Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing are essential. + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. + Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server is required + Knowledge of Cloud/Online services a required + Knowledge of setting up and testing laptops for deployment is required + Knowledge of computer maintenance, hardware, and software installation, testing and operation.
