Location: Lippincott - 301 Lippincott Drive Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Full time Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Additional Locations: Job Information: Job Summary: The Virtua IT Affiliate Program Administrator provides IT solutions and support for non-Virtua community providers and Virtua’s joint ventures. This includes the Epic Community Connect Program and IT Services for Joint Ventures, which include but are not limited to Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Revenue Cycle Services, and any other IT services Virtua deems necessary to provide to affiliate providers and partners. The IT Affiliate Program Administrator provides oversight and coordination of the IT affiliate programs and initiatives supporting technology enabled care, user efficiency, innovation, and patient safety IT programs. This position is responsible for the administration of the program from sales cycle to implementation and ongoing support as well as customer success through relationship management, coordination of work teams, team members, or consultants in order to deliver programs according to plan. Creates and manages plans and key performance metrics for assigned programs. Informs Affiliate Engagement leadership on current or emerging technology industry trends and innovations. Position Responsibilities: Program Administration Administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs. + Generate pricing quotes for services requested, working with IT leaders on pricing details as needed. + Coordinate completion of Services Agreement and Statements of Work. + Work with IT leaders, Customers, Vendors to coordinate implementations. + Work with Implementation Project Manager to ensure implementation meets the requirements of Services Agreement. + Stay current on regulation impacting programs such as Stark and Anti-Kickback rules and ensure program compliance. + Administer accreditation process for Epic Community Connect. + Work with Finance representatives to ensure proper invoicing and collections of IT affiliate Program service fees. Success Management + Meet in person with customers on a quarterly basis to ensure their needs are being met. + Coordinate, facilitate, document quarterly Epic Community Connect user group meetings. + Act as liaison to each customer bringing forward any project requests and act as point of escalation for any IT issues. + Communicate IT system changes impacting IT Community customers. + Campaign and communicate with customers for the completion of Epic Community Connect Accreditation surveys. + Oversee creation and maintenance of Epic Community Connect EHR Portal that shall contain Virtua EHR Policies and Procedures. + Attends Epic’s Community Connect Customer Success training Tracking and Reporting + Creates and maintains ongoing financial dashboard of all IT Affiliate Program customers including charges and collections. + Creates and maintains ongoing customer satisfaction dashboard. + Creates and maintains ongoing customer issues list. + Develops program KPIs and tracks associated metrics. Program Development + Regularly assesses effectiveness of the program and additional program development needs. + Attends Epic’s Community Connect Leadership training. + Attends Epic’s annual Community Connect Collaboration meetings. + Identifies areas of program development needed as industry continues to evolve. Position Qualifications Required: Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Project Management or IT Technical role. Proficient with MS Teams and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experienced meeting facilitator and presenter. Epic experience a plus. Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication and organizational skills required, as well as ability to guide customers toward optimal solutions to meet workflow needs. Experienced in developing communications and publications. Must have a positive, flexible attitude, work well autonomously and with a team. Must have proven leadership skills and an Agile, positive, flexible approach. Must be able to deal with ambiguity and multiple priorities in a busy, decentralized, multi-entity environment. Must be an excellent role model with a commitment to quality and with the ability to convey confidence in IT programs. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration8 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Training / Certification / Licensure: PMP certification preferred. LEAN/Six Sigma training preferred.
