The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an IT Analyst on the Executive Information Services team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: + Providing 2nd and 3rd level computer (hardware and software) technical support + Acting as a consultant for both Business and Personal IT needs + Advocating for personalized implementation of IT solutions + Ordering, issuing and managing 3M and Non-3M standard PCs, mobile devices, standard hardware and software solutions + Facilitating effective home office setups + Leading client-based IT projects + Participating in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support availability + Owning all client IT issues through to resolution Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) + One (1) year of experience with helpdesk/on-site PC support technical customer service in a private, public, government or military environment + One (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution + Three (3) years of experience with helpdesk/on-site PC Support in a private, public, government or military environment + One (1) year of experience with iOS Devices + Strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of leadership + Experience with client-facing 3M IT supported systems and internal procedures to support those system Work location: + Onsite at 3M Center in Maplewood, MN Travel: May include up to 10% domestic Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
