The IT Analyst – Identity Access Management (IAM) will have exposure to multiple security and technology areas within the Identity Access Management Team. This individual works with varying levels of leadership to provision and deprovision access for their employees. In addition to monitoring request queues, this position uses a variety of technical tools to address security access requests for the company. This employee will also be responsible for troubleshooting access related issues with end user and application owners. This is an amazing development opportunity to grow your career in information security by leveraging your organizational skills, communication capabilities, adaptability, analytic thinking, and ability to deliver results.This position is ONSITE ONLY, and you must be located or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ / Dallas, TX / or Columbus, OH.Learn the administrative interface and underlying entitlement data for all administered applications.Provision/deprovision accounts and enable/disable access entitlements for internal bank users in response to security access requests and in compliance with established control procedures.Monitor work queues and mailboxes to respond to access requests in a timely manner while handling of confidential information (PII).Troubleshoot application access-related issues with users and SMEs.Timely escalation of issues to management to avoid impacting the business.Generate reporting and metrics showing both key risk indicators and key performance indicators relating to the access management functions.Comply with federal and internal audit requests in a timely and professional manner.
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is preferred.1-3 years of working IT experience in a professional setting, including Help Desk is required.Working experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory is required.Working experience with Privileged Access Management and Role-based access controls is preferred.Working experience with SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and other frameworks is preferred.Basic knowledge of Banking & Financial Services is preferred.Looking for a self-starter with interest in internal controls, technology, and information security.Ability to clearly communicate complex procedures within interconnecting applications to non-technical business leaders is required.Ability to work both independently and collaborate as a team player.Familiarity with the following tools is preferred: SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, Confluence.Experience in PowerShell, SQL, Python (Preferred).Experience in PowerBi (Preferred).Experience in Azure DevOps (Preferred).Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS Excel (Data Entry, Formatting, functions, VBA, Pivot table creation and manipulation) required.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) required.Good understanding of project management principles and practices such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum.Benefits you’ll love:
