**Job Description**
We are looking for a proactive IT Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on managing system and data access for our Direct Selling operations This position will be full-time and onsite. This role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our main system, providing support to key stakeholders, and facilitating access to critical information as required
**What You'll Do**
+ System Management: Oversee the operation of the main Direct Selling system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability
+ Data Access Coordination: Manage and coordinate access requests from stakeholders, ensuring that they have the necessary permissions to retrieve and utilize system data effectively
+ User Support: Provide technical support to users regarding system access issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving inquiries promptly
+ Task Execution: Work on tasks and projects assigned by key stakeholders, prioritizing requests and delivering timely solutions to meet operational needs.
+ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, access protocols, and standard operating procedures
+ Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality, addressing any issues that may arise
+ System Upgrades and Maintenance: Assist in system upgrades, maintenance, and testing to ensure the Direct Selling system remains current and effective
+ Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to access and navigate the Direct Selling system, ensuring they understand data access protocols
**What You'll Need**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
+ Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, preferably in the Direct Selling or e-commerce industry
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in system management and data access protocols; familiarity with database management systems is a plus
+ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically in Mandarin, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with access protocols
**Preferred**
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically in Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders
+ Project Management: Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
