Description Our client is looking to bring on an IT Analyst/Desktop Support Technician. The role is open in Thorofare, New Jersey. This person will report to their IT Manager, that sits in another location. They are very focused on an outgoing personality and good communication skills. The position requires in-person user support on site and the preferred technical skills include active directory, server management, hardware support/troubleshooting, and understanding of business processes in a manufacturing and corporate IT environment. The company is currently using Cherwell ticketing system for now. ****This is a 6-12 month contract. Server management - The position requires 100% in-person user support on site, so server management is a crucial aspect of the role. 2. Degree - Computer Science Degree or Coding Bootcamp preferred but not necessary. Open to a business degree as well. 3. Coding knowledge or experience 4. Manufacturing work environment experience 5. Vendor management 6. ITIL certification - nice to have not a must The role will involve providing in-person user support and customer service. Communication & customer service attitude is extremely important to them. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
