Job Description

 IT Analyst Data Center is responsible for the maintenance and technical support of the Continental IT Data Center Infrastructure, Server and Storage, Virtualization environment, Backups/Recovery system, Data Center Network and Security for the plant and market in accordance with Continental Tire Infrastructure standards. 

Participate in project management activities such as planning and executes project tasks assigned Ensures consistent and clear communication to key stakeholders and other project members Analyses IT business systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutions Sources proactively, services appropriate to IT service delivery to meet the goals and objectives of the various organizationsEnsure IT Data Center facilities and Services operations 24x7Collects, maintains and publishes key IT service measurement statistics and KPI as and when requiredPractices ITIL processes - Incident, Change, Problem Management and Demand ManagementMaintain IT knowledge documentation, record vdo or any sources of informationEnsure implementation of measures and maintain controlsRaise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and dutiesEnsure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazardsDemonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

QualificationsMaster’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or related fieldMinimum 3 years of IT or Industry working experience. Experience in Windows technologies security concepts and applications, MCSE Certification, Microsoft Technolgoy, PC/Laptop and Mobile Solution Technology, ITIL or ComTiA A+ Certification, Cisco CCNA and Network Certification or equivalent, Data Center Management or equivalentHas conducted or invovled in IT Infrastructure projectsHas exeprience in working in a multi-national companyCommunicating effectively and working under time pressureGood command in English
