Regular service desk personnel with competency in O365, ServiceNow, SharePoint et al. Needs to be native English speaker, a team person and proficient with client service aspects

Manage Service Desk calls Help with 365 Help with SharePoint and initial troubleshooting and assign tickets to right Service Now queues
