Job Description

As IT Analyst for the Continental Tire Manufacturing systems (MES), responsible to providing support for the IT shopfloor infrastructure and manufacturing processes. The role includes the support to key users of the manufacturing plant of Rayong.

Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controlsRaise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and dutiesEnsure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe conditionDemonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate othersParticipate in project management activities such as planning and executes project tasks assignedEnsures consistent and clear communication to key stakeholders and other project membersAnalyses IT business systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutionsSources proactively, services appropriate to IT service delivery to meet the goals and objectives of the various organizationsEnsure IT standards, procedures, policies and assets (including stock count) are maintained in accordance to Continental standardsCollects, maintains and publishes key IT service measurement statistics and KPI as and when requiredPractise ITIL processes - Incident, Change, Problem Management and Demand ManagementMaintain IT know-how in the plant through proper documentation

QualificationsMaster’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or related fieldMinimum 3 years of IT or Industry working experience. Experience in Windows technologies security concepts and applications, MCSE Certification, Microsoft Technolgy, PC/Laptop and Mobile Solution TechnologyHas conducted or involved in IT Infrastructure projectExperience in leading projectExperience in working in a multi-national companyGood command in English
