• Achieves an in-depth understanding of the assigned software, policies and procedures, and workflows.
• Actively participates on project teams by engaging in discussions regarding building, testing, and maintaining the training environment, as well as the development and maintenance of training materials for the training and optimization programs.
• Analyzes, designs, builds, and tests training environments.
• Conducts virtual, instructor-led, classroom training sessions, in-services, group and individual instruction.
• Maintains strong relationships with analysts supporting the build environment – and review appropriate Epic documentation – to ensure that changes to the environment are appropriately communicated, incorporated into training curriculum, and built into the training environment.
• Creates end-user proficiency assessments and ensure that they appropriately assess knowledge gained during virtual, instructor-led, or CBL training.
• Maintains a current understanding of the credentialing process. Coordinate and lead credentialing of new trainers as required.
• Works with the analyst team to ensure that migrations are appropriately accounted for in the training environments.
• Participates in rebuilds of the training environment, as required by operational and technical needs.
• Participates in the system testing process for new functionality or system upgrades.
• Develops and maintains training exercises, test patients and materials for users of the EHR.
This position supports the Northern Virginia Community Health properties, and requires the employee to be able to work between Haymarket, Prince William, and Culpepper locations, in a hybrid (partially remote) work environment.
Position Compensation Range: $29.54 - $47.26 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3 years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Licensure: Epic Certification, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
