Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Support:
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and management of IT systems and applications.
Technical Assistance:
Provide help desk support to end-users, responding to queries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct training sessions for staff to improve technical skills and ensure the efficient use of software tools.
Project Management:
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to implement system upgrades, software installations, and new technology solutions.
Data Management:
Assist with the management and backup of critical data to ensure continuity and security.
Develop reports and dashboards to track system performance, user activity, and other key metrics.
Security & Compliance:
Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect sensitive data.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulations related to IT operations and security.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Certifications (Preferred but not required):
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar.

Bachelors
