The Analytics & HR Applications Speialist is a pivotal role in advancing our HR capabilities through strategic management and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and related analytics tools. This position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing HR reporting  applications, including People Analytics, HR Reporting to drive data-driven decision-making, improve employee experience, and support HR service delivery.  It will also include ownership of other applications like CCTS & GETS, and Qualtrics. The specialist will play a significant role in shaping Syensqo’s future HRIS landscape by leveraging data and technology to align HR processes with business objectives..

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration, management, and optimization of SuccessFactors People Analytics and HR Reporting to deliver impactful workforce insights that support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide meaningful data on workforce trends, performance, and employee engagement. Partner with HR stakeholders to identify key metrics, ensuring that analytics align with organizational goals and provide actionable insights. Be application owner for Qualtrics, CCTS & GETSand other non SF applications if needed Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to align HR applications and analytics with organizational strategy and goals. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing HR analytics capabilities and improving HR service delivery. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement by driving innovation in HR technology and analytics practices.

 

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS management, or HR technology roles, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Proven experience managing SuccessFactors People Analytics.

 

Skills and behavioral competencies

Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and administration, particularly in People Analytics and HR Reporting. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in creating reports and dashboards. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Results-oriented mindset with strong influencing skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Can do & Be nice attitude. SAP SuccessFactors certifications in People Analytics and HR Reporting preferred.
