Key Responsibilities:
Capture requirements and convert into design document:
- Understands business requirements and defines business processes in consistency with business best practices and overall business architecture;
- Understands business requirements and translates them into initiatives to be included in the IT portfolio;
- Collects, validates and documents business requirements and translates them into Business Capabilities;
- Shapes business processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement;
Implementation and Configuration:
- Estimates costs and supports the creation of business cases in collaboration with business sponsors;
- Implements and tests solutions;
- Install, configure and/or develop software applications according to business requirements.
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure applications run smoothly.
Training and Documentation:
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for application use.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, project managers, and end-users to ensure applications meet business needs.
Optimization: Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
