As our new IT Application Manager, you are based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark – and report to the Head of IT QA & Compliance.

What will you be doing?

As our new IT Application Specialist, you act as a project manager with the main responsibility is overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our eQMS solution which includes CAPA, NC, Audit and Document Management functionality.

You will be “the bridge” between organizational business requirements and our technical capabilities, ensuring that our solutions align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.

You are based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark – and report to the Head of IT QA & Compliance.

You will collaborate with various internal-, and external stakeholders across the organization, such as other GN Business Partner, project managers and external vendors, to deliver effective and efficient solutions.

Moreover, you will ensure traction and execution by managing:

Projects, solution changes and technologies utilizing knowhow and skill set (from pre-analysis to closure).

Solution design and development.

Compliance with Group IT standards and procedures.

The daily administration, support, and improvement of the system and integrating systems together with your colleagues.

The schedules for service and system updates in alignment with the business.

The schedules for our external vendors for daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Problem-solving abilities.

Interest and skillset for servicing a SaaS solution - and it is beneficial to have some years of experience from a similar position within IT, e.g., within IT solution management, project-, or IT System Management in Life Science industry.

All-round knowledge of IT, including IT management set-ups and IT system architecture as well as IT compliance.

A higher educational background at a bachelor’s level within Life Science, IT, engineering, or business.

A Capable change manager.

Fluent written and spoken English skills, where it will be beneficial if you are also fluent in Danish, although this is not a prerequisite for the position.
