Your role:
You will help us support and resolve complex incidents, by finding workarounds and sharing them with the team. You will also provide guidance to the team on the usage of business applications and offer technical expertise (mentorship) on the ticket resolution, to ensure a growth of knowledge in the team while maintaining a high level of customer service.

What do you need to possess for being successful?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System or any related discipline or equivalent qualification. You have a minimum of 1-year technical support of SAP (S/4 HANA), with a focus on SD, MM, FI, CO, or LE/EWM Modules.You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners. You have collaboration skills to effectively liaise with both business and other IT teams in the organization. You have experience in IT troubleshooting and problem-solving.You are skilled at end-user engagement, support, and technology adoption.You have experience working with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical experts to deliver support.The Magog Team - #michelinmagog:
