IT Applications Project Manager

We are Operating since 2008 & Serving 30+ Countries Provide project leadership to the Corporate Applications IT Team. Primary responsibilities include project management of Corporate IT application projects. Partner with stakeholders and effectively communicate to appropriate audience(s) across technology, Finance, Operations, and HR Teams. Recommendations and activities are subject to a strict approval framework consistent with Corporate and division policies and procedures. Significant program changes are subject to an appropriate cost benefit analysis. Travel to operating locations on an as needed basis. **Essential duties and responsibilities** + Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans + Demonstrates ability to successfully execute the organizations' specific Corporate IT Application goals + Demonstrate Project Management skills throughout the project lifecycle including intake, initiation, planning, product selection, execution, monitoring & control, and closure + Provide project support to Corporate IT Applications Team + Preparing and/or reviewing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products + Analyze and monitor project status and when necessary revise the scope, schedule, resources, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met + Maintain comprehensive project documentation + Strong customer service-oriented disposition that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to the global end user base + Demonstrates excellent communication skills throughout interaction with all levels of the organization + Drive continuous process improvement. + Foster a collaborative team environment + Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of IT processes and systems. **Basic Qualifications** + **Education** + Bachelor’s Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. **Experience** + Must have a minimum of five years experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise applications. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. + Experience with global organizations across multiple regions and countries **Other Skills** + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is required. + Proven deductive reasoning and problem solving skills + Fact driven and analytically minded with excellent attention to detail + Excellent communication skills + Demonstrate the ability to be a strong independent contributor and an effective team member **III. Preferred Qualifications** **Education or Experience** + Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field. + Enterprise Delivery Services experience **Interpersonal Skills** + Ability to apply analytical, deductive reasoning, and problem solving skills to assess complex data, make informed decisions, and propose alternatives to drive project success. + Ability to write in a clear and concise manner. + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. **Technical Skills** + Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and software + Strong understanding of enterprise application systems, including ERP, and other business-critical software **Other Skills** + Additional certifications in ITIL, SharePoint, Power Apps, ticketing applications, COBIT, or other relevant applications **Essential Functions ** + Demonstrate the ability to provide project leadership and governance to the Corporate Applications IT Team + Demonstrate the ability to execute the lifecycle of projects – assessing requirements and scope, identifying objectives, identifying risk, proposing mitigation plans, planning and defining timelines, assigning responsibilities, allocating resources, estimating budgets/costs, scheduling, coordinating/facilitating meetings, preparing and disseminating project communications, and implementing all plans + Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and ensure multiple deliverables are completed concurrently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or efficiency + Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate and interact with all levels of the organization including key stakeholders + Assess/Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges; monitor and manage risks and issues, escalating to leadership as necessary + Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability; provide accurate cost estimates and effectively communicate update to leadership as needed. + Manage relationships with external vendors to ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
