Drives implementation, alignment, execution, and improvement of Plant Maintenance Business Processes and Tools (ERP/Non-ERP) to ensure systems and data accurately reflect the current state of the business. Identifies and acts as a point of escalation for complex problems and ensures resolution through the appropriate channels.
Executes the design, testing, and implementation of system changes, as appropriate. Participates in root cause analysis of problems and appropriately communicates to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Drives business process optimization, standardization, and the innovative use of integrated systems.
**Your Key Responsibilities** :
+ Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities for SAP – Plant Maintenance and ability to Lead the team.
+ Participate in business Workstream (WS) key user networks and Reliability & Maintenance corporate teams across regions and business units.
+ Advocate for business needs at workstream Architectural Review Meetings (ARM) and Problem/Question/Request (PQR) prioritization meetings.
+ Accountable to work with business, functions, & peer IT&P groups to ensure overall solution needs are considered from an integration viewpoint.
+ Understand DuPont’s core ERP solution & capabilities. Leverage the existing solution-set and educate the business on WS process improvements.
+ Provide support to key users and site integrators for day-to-day problem resolution.
+ Drive business process improvement, value capture and supply chain transformation efforts
+ Identify opportunities for improvements and estimate benefits so that standardization, simplification and integration are ensured.
+ Work with the organization to drive attainment of maximum business value from SAP.
+ Develop business case for business process changes/improvements.
+ Create (FDS) Functional Design Specification documents, (BPP) Business Process Procedures and (FUT) Functional Unit Testing procedures.
+ Work with corporate technical development partners to drive opportunities through to reality.
**Your Qualification Profile:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Analytics or a related field
+ 7+ years of experience working in a similar global role in a manufacturing environment
+ Strong knowledge of Business Processes
+ Good understanding of functional/domain knowledge
+ Researches, identifies and recommends industry best practices for solving business problems
+ Implementation Methodology, SAP Activate and other methodologies.
+ Hands on experience in configuration
+ Plant Maintenance in the Organizational Structures of Accounting
+ Processing Maintenance projects
+ Controlling Functions in Plant Maintenance
+ Expected to have experience in Client Facing roles and proven delivery quality under tight project timelines
+ SAP PM production support and Functional Testing experience
+ Knowledge in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities.
+ Data Migration with LSMW/BDC
+ Knowledge on ABAP debugging.
+ SAP PM Certification is preferred
+ Fluent in English
+ Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / QM / PP / FI-CO is preferred
