Job Description

Job Summary:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

•    You will be involved in various work processes at the company and experience a broad range of tasks in different range of tasks in different areas of IT.

•    With us, you can contribute your strengths and develop yourself individually.

•    You will gain a detailed knowledge of VMware, Microsoft and Linux products and solutions and learn how to use them in the company.

•    Administration of IT systems and networks.

•    Design, installation, configuration and maintenance of complex IT systems (workstation and server).

•    Eliminating faults and carrying out fault analyzes.

•    Installation of Hardware and Software.

•    General support activities.

•    Planning and implementation of IT projects.

Job Qualifications: 

•    Completed (technical) high school diploma or good secondary school diploma.

•    Good written and spoken German and English skills.

•    Confident handling of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10, as well as MS Office programs.

•    Linux knowledge is an advantage.

•    Initial experience in supporting networked PCs and laptops.

•    Friendly and polite demeanor.

•    Ability to work carefully and in a team.

•    Independence and a sense of responsibility.

•    Analytical thinking skills.
 

This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
