We are looking for a dedicated and mission-oriented IT Asset and Procurement Manager on our IT operations team who will take care of the whole asset lifecycle, from sourcing, procurement, deployment and retrieval. You possess a unique skill of knowing how to manage IT assets, vendors and people. You will work closely with the IT Operations leaders. Negotiation skills, strong IT asset methodology background and ability to iterate quickly and deliver value in our fast-paced, agile environment are keys for success in this role. Responsibilities Plan, purchase, deploy, recover and inventory hardware assets globally Ensure effective management of the hardware inventory Manage vendor relationships Responsible for managing lifecycle of hardware and software right from their introduction to their retirement Ensure process efficiency by implementing the key performance indicators; suggest improvements to the process continuously Design processes relating to software and hardware asset management, execute and enhance them Create and execute governance and strategic asset management function Have a lot of fun…it's unavoidable Work directly with and learn from the business, product, analytics and engineering leaders across the organization Exhibit our core values: integrity, excellence, accountability and grace Qualifications Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware as well as five (5) or more years experience working as an IT asset analyst. Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, curious, and quick/continuous learner
