**DESCRIPTION** The IT Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking all Hardware and software assets within the organization at our National Logistics and Distribution Center in Maryland Heights. This includes ensuring proper documentation, maintaining inventory records, and assisting in asset lifecycle management. The role involves coordination with various departments to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.   **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT and software assets.   + Track the lifecycle of hardware and software assets from acquisition to disposal   + Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely purchase of hardware and software assets.   + Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT asset management standards.   + Provide support in asset tagging, asset movement, and asset disposal processes.   + Generate reports on asset status, utilization, and lifecycle.   + Ensure software license compliance and manage software renewals.   + Participate in resolve IT incidents and problems using a ticketing system.
