Information Technology is looking for a highly organized and proactive student to join our Asset Management team. This position will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and will assist with communication and management of New School IT assets.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage communications and outreach to New School IT asset users. Assist with management and monitoring of assets in IT asset management systems. Assist with other duties as assigned by the IT Asset Management Specialist. Assist in the process of inventorying and tracking the physical IT assets like workstations, laptops, and other related peripherals. Help in coordinating the E-Waste of the IT Assets. Carry on data cleaning assignments from the storage devices of the E-Wasted assets. Drop off FedEx assets packages at the FedEx depot. Pick up asset packages from the mailroom. Pick up eWaste from campus locations.
WorkMode: On-Campus Position
Hourly rate:$17 per hour

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation and the ability to diplomatically interact with individuals at all levels of the university. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and able to multitask. Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve problems. Data Entry and experience with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets. Willing to carry office equipment weighed 30 lbs or more as needed.
