Skills and Competencies

Certification in IT Asset Management is preferred.Possess intellectual curiosity / a curiosity for how things work with a design mindset for making improvementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in IT asset management software and tools.Strong organizational and project management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of licensing agreements and compliance regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

IT Asset Analyst will oversee and manage the lifecycle of IT end user hardware. The ideal candidate will possess skills data analysis, proven experience in IT hardware asset management, and a good understanding of computer lifecycle management. The IT Asset Analyst will be responsible for procurement, disposal, the asset inventory, and other aspects of lifecycle management. Additionally, they will participate in the design, development, and implementation of effective asset management strategy.

Asset Lifecycle Management: Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal. This involves maintaining accurate records of assets, their status, location, and users.Inventory Management: Conduct regular audits and inventories of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date. Identify and rectify discrepancies between physical inventories and recorded assets in the database.Procurement and Disposal: Assist in the procurement process of IT assets, including evaluating needs, selecting vendors, and negotiating contracts. Manage the disposal of obsolete or unneeded assets in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on asset utilization, costs, lifecycle status, and compliance issues.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure IT asset management goals are aligned with organizational objectives.

Annual base salary gross: 32,500 EUR to 51,900 EUR . Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
