Position Summary:

The IT Asset Manager plays a critical role in managing IT assets and vendor relationships across all locations for Sinceri Senior Living. This position is responsible for ensuring proper asset lifecycle management, compliance with regulations, and cost-effective procurement of IT resources. The IT Asset Manager will also collaborate with the VP of IT on budgeting, invoice processing, and compliance with various state and federal regulations.


Essential Job Functions:
Asset Management:

- Establish and maintain an accurate asset inventory across all locations.

- Develop and enforce a sustainable system lifecycle policy for IT assets.

- Coordinate the rollout of new equipment to ensure timely and efficient deployments.

- Oversee the disposal of decommissioned equipment in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

- Ensure all inventory records are up to date and properly documented.

- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with end-user license agreements (EULAs) and company policies.


Vendor & Procurement Management:

- Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.

- Manage the procurement process for all IT assets, including purchasing and licensing.

- Understand and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

- Oversee vendor invoice processing and payment management.


Budget & Compliance:

- Prepare annual budget estimates for IT asset refresh and new procurement needs.

- Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and industry standards.

- Assist in tracking IT expenses to optimize cost efficiency and sustainability.


Collaboration & Support:

- Work with the IT team to onboard new hires, ensuring proper allocation of IT equipment and licenses.

- Support IT operations by ensuring timely replacement and upgrades of equipment across communities.


Skills and Abilities:

- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred.

- Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.

- Experience in vendor management and procurement.

- Familiarity with RFP and RFQ processes.

- Proficiency in invoice processing and budgeting.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.


Working Conditions: Able to work full-time, with some weekend work as needed.
Physical/Sensory Requirements:

Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
