IT Asset & Procurement Manager
The IT Asset and Procurement Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the lifecycle of all technology assets, including hardware and software. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively create and implement an IT asset management function from the ground up. The successful candidate will focus on operational efficiency, vendor management, and ensuring compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an IT asset management strategy that aligns with business goals and drives organizational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams including security, procurement, finance, and MSP vendors to ensure alignment with asset management goals.
Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships, manage contracts, and ensure compliance.
Oversee the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business needs.
Drive the implementation & adoption of asset management practices, standards and tools.
Provide reports and analytics on asset utilization, cost trends, and optimization opportunities.
Establish and maintain robust governance practices to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
Lead initiatives to optimize asset performance, drive cost savings, and improve operational efficiency.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills in asset management and procurement.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the asset management function.
