Job Description

The Position

To handle day-to-day IT operations and to provide first level support for guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Familiar with all the systems Opera, Micros, Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, all windows client operating systems.Knowledge with TCP/IPBackup and optimizing databaseKnowledge on LAN/WANPerform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and networkProvide frontline PC and server troubleshootingProvide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting
Qualifications

Sound Computer knowledge in Opera System, MICROS and MS office applications etc.Pleasant personalityNeat appearanceDisplays initiativeCustomer/people-orientedPro-active and requires minimum supervisionOral and written fluency in EnglishTeam playerFlexible and adaptable to different working locations
