Job Description/ResponsibilitiesBio: Drive long-term growth by designing IT projects, processes and skills that enable fast integrations and information used to run the business in a common way across Sazerac’s global portfolio; Identify and prioritize cost-out and revenue generating opportunities through the use of IT, analytics and data integration. Ensuring seamless connectivity between internal systems and external partners by designing, developing, and governing integration frameworks. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align IT capabilities with business objectives in the areas of data exchange, supply chain, customer relationships, and partner ecosystems. This role can be in Louisville, KY or Carrolton, TX.
Continually work to improve designated skills to grow with the company and become an effective and productive team member.Work with supervisor to develop and actively participate in a career development program by working on designated skills and stretch projects/goals that push outside of comfort zone.Work with Analysts and Leaders to understand the need for analytics and develop the system development plan to meet the requirements as a system end point.Ensure processes are created and measured for efficient automation within business to business systems communication. Develop in house capabilities to reduce reliance on outside processes and systemsLead the company's system and application software strategy and prioritization, to efficiently build highly integrated and efficient systems used throughout the organization.Drive long-term growth by designing IT projects, processes and skills that enable fast integrations and information used to run the business in a common way across Sazerac’s Global portfolio. Operate and deliver efficient IT services and solutions to support the business while managing risk and protecting core assets.Create a 5-year vision and strategy for the transformation of IT processes, capabilities and operating model in support of Sazerac’s business transformation vision. Define and execute forward-looking plans to develop relevant new technology skills and capabilities.Partner with business to align business and IT strategies and maximize the value of technology investments.Assess technologies and design technical architectures to increase business agility and manage complexity. Utilize proof of concept and agile methodologies for improved delivery of servicesCreate strong partnerships with business areas through account management, IT investment guidance, and performance reviews.
