Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Auditor in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This role involves conducting detailed audits of IT systems within the organization, specifically focusing on network and DevOps environments. The IT Auditor will also work towards enhancing physical and data security measures, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and staying abreast with industry trends and regulations. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive audits of IT systems, including network infrastructure and DevOps processes • Review and enhance physical and data security measures to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory standards • Evaluate technology governance, strategy, and enterprise architecture for effectiveness • Audit the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements • Assess cybersecurity governance and practices to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement corrective action plans • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in IT auditing, network security, and DevOps • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvements • Perform audits related to Wealth Management systems, specifically focusing on SEI post-implementation • Use skills in Archer, Audit Program, Business systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Application controls, Audit Findings, Auditing, Compliance, Documentation, IT Audit, Networking, DevOps, Banking Industry, NIST, ISO 27001 to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Archer and Audit Program • Familiarity with Business Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Experience with Application Controls, Audit Findings, and Auditing • Strong understanding of Compliance and Documentation procedures • Proven ability in IT Audit and Networking • Knowledge of DevOps and Banking Industry • Familiarity with NIST and ISO 27001 standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field • Professional certification in IT auditing (e.g., CISA, CISSP) is a plus • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Capacity to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Willingness to stay updated with the latest IT trends and auditing standards.
