**IT Auditor**
**Allied Mineral Products** is a leading manufacturer of monolithic refractories worldwide. We are seeking an **IT Auditor** in our Business Technology Center in Ahmedabad, India.
The primary responsibility of the IT Auditor is to review, prioritize, and address all conflicts identified in GRC as internal control risks, ensuring corrective actions comply within Allied’s segregation of duty parameters. The IT Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the organization's IT controls, risk management, and governance processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
The IT Auditor will report directly to the Global Manager of Internal Audit, with a strong dotted line to the IT Director, ensuring alignment with both IT and internal audit objectives. The IT Auditor must maintain independence from the IT department while working closely with them on IT security, IT audit and investigative matters.
**Key Duties:**
+ Assess, monitor and mitigate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks within the organization for SOD conflicts.
+ Conduct comprehensive IT access control audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and identify areas for improvement.
+ Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
+ Collaborate with IT and internal audit teams to develop and implement audit plans.
+ Perform risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in IT processes.
+ Responsible for conducting data loss prevention audits.
+ Provide recommendations to enhance IT security and operational efficiency.
+ Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
+ Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management
+ Stay updated on emerging IT risks, technologies, and regulatory changes.
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of IT audit methodologies and tools.
+ Evaluate and audit SAP systems to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
+ Support other Allied IT Audit initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
+ CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) required and a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is a plus.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT auditing, cybersecurity, or a related field.
+ Comprehensive understanding of business processes and the integration of IT systems to support them.
+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Pentana, SAP, GRC, Microsoft Defender preferred.
**Working Environment**
+ Office environment with occasional travel to other company locations.
+ Primarily work within the first shift (8:30-17:30 IST) or second shift (14:30-23:30 IST), depending on audit needs and project deadlines.
+ Required to follow Allied Mineral Products’ Safety & Health policy and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate when in the production plant.
