About the Job 

 

To operate and have daily spport for 24X7 for core system application facing Insurance Company. 

 

What you do 

Daily batch operation for the IT services for 24x7, including operation, batch management and batch running  Test support for IT projects in batch job execution   Monitoring and managing of incidents with support teams (P3-4)  Creating and monitoring IT SLA, publishing it to customers  Database and system tuning for the service portfolio 

 

What you bring

Education or experience in IT (High school diploma)   Minimum 5 years of Adequate experience  Intermediate (B2) English knowledge  Good written and verbal communicational skills  Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently  Proactivity, good communication skills
