Job Description:
As a member of the Patching and Vulnerability team, Sr. Developer (IT Build Specialist) will develop and support solutions required by Patching and Vulnerability teams to meet the overall goal of the business and program. This role is part of a large program that will enable team members to more efficiently execute their task and will also help reporting and data management teams. It is central for enabling meaningful customer experience and more efficient patching operations and will lead the organization in adopting increasingly advanced capabilities.

Day-do-day work and deliverables
Development and optimization of ServiceNow workflowsUsing ServiceNow Flow designer and implementing scripts to implement new and / or modify workflows or customize existing solutions to address business needsCollaborate with ServiceNow platform, CMDB and Security Operations teams to resolve issues related to vulnerability remediation effortsCollaborate with Enterprise Security teams to align reports and workflowsSupporting / assisting patching and vulnerability remediation teams in their day to day work
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate (Graduate degree preferred)3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and (workflow) development (Vulnerability Response experience is an asset)API development and configuration experience (both specific to ServiceNow and in general)SQL experience is an asset (not related to a specific database)Familiarity with tools like JIRA and ConfluenceStrength in identifying root causes and implementing targeted and controlled remediation plansStrong verbal and written communication skills are essentialSelf-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently as well as within a teamHands-on experience with various SDLC including waterfall, specially agileExperience working within a large-scale Financial Enterprise environmentInformation Security essentials knowledge - nice to haveWho We Are:
