Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 Days Per Week (Must Be a Wisconsin Resident or Willing to Relocate)
Max Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation, integration, and process improvement efforts related to a practice management application migration. This role will involve translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and assisting in workflow documentation and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in business process mapping, software integration, and requirements gathering, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at least two days per week. Candidates must be Wisconsin residents or willing to relocate before the start date.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into technical and functional specifications to support application design.Analyze workflows, develop process documentation, and identify key inputs and outputs associated with the business process.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.Review, analyze, and evaluate applications to understand user needs and document accordingly.Draft business requirements at an appropriate level of detail, ensuring cross-functional impacts and coordination efforts are identified.Assist in the design and integration of internal operational systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and workflow automation.Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports, tracking defects and ensuring system performance aligns with business requirements.Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and project expectations.Ensure developed solutions perform according to documented user requirements and business goals.Provide ongoing support for process improvements and system enhancements.Required Qualifications✅ 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, with experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
✅ Experience translating business needs into functional specifications for application design and integration.
✅ Strong workflow documentation and process analysis experience.
✅ Ability to develop test cases and validate system outputs against business expectations.
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and align teams.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) or other process mapping tools.
✅ Ability to work on-site at least two days per week.
