IT Business Analyst
Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Oakville team. Our primary drivers of this team works closely with stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver high quality and scalable solutions in software applications and business processes within the Spark Power organization. The individual in the role is driven to collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure the optimization of applications and business processes that support the organization. The successful applicant will be part of a team to maintain and develop a portfolio of applications and integrations that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. University or post graduate education in a business or STEM disciplineAdditional certifications that exemplify a desire for continued education is a plusMinimum of 5 years experience in an Implementation consulting or Business Analyst capacityDemonstrated ability to effectively understand and refine business requirementsExperience in NetSuite or other ERPs such as Oracle Cloud ERP, JDE, SAP S/4HANA is a strong asset Established understanding of change management is a strong assetExperience in delivering business solutions in an agile environment is an assetExperience in analyzing data, queries and reports to support root cause analysis of reported issuesStrong attention to detail with a focus on the production of qualityAbility to manage deliverables across multiple projects in a deadline driven environmentExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, accountability and eagerness to learnWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Wireframing ToolsWho is Spark Power?
