IT Business Analyst

Understand business requirements and define business processes that aligns to business best practices or Brembo global processes
Develops positive and trusted relationships with both the business and other functions involved
Works closely with Brembo CGF and GBU organization by facilitating demand into execution.
Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.
Initiate, scope and manage the delivery of projects for identified improvements.
Foster a partnership approach to working with the other teams across the organization and the key business stakeholders
Works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems.
Supports requirements management activities ensuring that the impact of change is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization.
Develops and maintains effective and achievable project plans and reports the status of projects and assignments to management on a regular basis.
Develops test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and tests the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements within the organization.
Ensure the appropriate change management is engaged during projects as appropriate to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
Acts as a point of escalation for moderate to difficult problems.
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Estimating costs and support build business cases in collaboration with the business sponsors
Challenging & validating business requirements provided by the business and align those to Global defined best practices and solution in line with Global COE guideline
Collaborating with procurement for carrying out market studies, identifying existing solutions, determining acceptance criteria, analyzing the integration architecture and integrating the software into the existing application landscape
Manage a team size of 1-2 IT technical specialists.
