Job Summary
Under general supervision, is responsible for helping business partners implement technology solutions by determining the requirements of a product, project, or program. Provides complex analytical support across products and the entire organization. Exercises functional supervision over assigned staff.

Essential Job Functions
+ Aligns technology solutions with department or enterprise business strategies across multiple enterprise product groups and systems comprised of complex or enterprise-wide business processes.
+ Works with client departments to analyze, identify, and capture business problems and then design and determine acceptable solutions.
+ Leads complex department or enterprise planning efforts and translates business requirements into functionality and features across multiple product groups and enterprise systems.
+ Guides team decision making and provides business partners with an accurate and basic view of challenges to end-user buy-in and then designs and monitors change management activities.
+ Communicates business needs of the client department to the technical product team.
+ Identifies opportunities for business-led delivery.
+ Educates Engineers on a project or product's context, and effectively collaborates with geographically distributed teams.
+ Provides guidance to Product Managers and Department Management to minimize the amount of product investment divergence from target architecture.
+ Coaches and recommends training programs to target specific areas of improvement.
+ Establishes enterprise standards and develops and leads communications regarding policies and standards.
+ Reviews and edits communications of more junior analysts.
+ May oversee medium to large scale projects.
+ Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
+ Six (6) years of relevant technical and business work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience leading agile efforts.
+ Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for IT projects.
+ Knowledge of project management tools such as Planview, Jira, or MS Project.
+ Experience creating or managing system documentation.

+ Unless otherwise stated, applicants are permitted to substitute two years of related full-time experience for one year of higher education or one year of related higher education for two years of experience in order to meet the minimum requirements of the job. One year of full-time experience is defined as 30 or more hours worked per week for 12 months. One year of higher education is defined as 30 credit hours completed at an accredited college or university.
