They form the interface between the specialist department, development and system operation and are responsible for the smooth flow of information You will independently create process models, user stories, use cases and interface specifications as specifications for the developers You solve our customers' challenges and can derive requirements from them You are responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing complex strategy, organization and process management projects You determine the tasks, goals and needs of our customer You support the analysis of requirements and business processes as well as the identification and development of optimization potentials or requirements and testing of feasibility (budget, technology, standards) You advise our customers on best practices You create the requirements documentation You carry out the modelling of processes

This is what sets you apart:

You have a degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics or a comparable information technology qualification You already have several years of experience in business analysis You have technical understanding, proven by relevant practical experience in technical or IT projects You have IT project experience with a focus on requirements engineering and business analysis You have experience in the IT environment and understand the complexity of cross-system processes You can independently develop and carry out functional and, if necessary, technical tests for features / user stories, coordinate them with developer tests and thus strategically position the team in the area of ​​testing You have business-fluent German and good English skills You are willing to travel and appreciate the opportunity to work on projects throughout Germany
