Job Description As a Business Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in enhancing our operations and driving efficiency. Youll be part of the Delivery Management organization, supporting multiple IT projects. You will be responsible for gathering and evaluating business and user requirements, understanding metrics, data integrations, and translate these into reliable and accurate data collection, reporting, and insights for the Product Team. Effective communication with various stakeholders, including operations, continuous improvement, IT, product teams, and management, will be crucial to aligning efforts and achieving desired outcomes. Skills and Requirements - 5-10+ years of experience working as a business analyst in an enterprise IT environment - Strong experience as a BA for IT projects strong understanding of SDLC and Technology projects - Strong experience holding a Product Owner role, or understanding of PO responsibilities this is primarily a BA but may evolve and entail some PO work - While technical skills are essential, this role does not require scripting or extensive technical expertise - Strong experience working in an Agile environment working in 2-week sprints - Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tooling (Can Set up project structure, Bulk uploads for Features, PBI, and tasks, Create dashboards) - Extensive knowledge and experience in data and analytical systems, ability to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions - Strong experience evaluating complex situations, identify gaps, and proposing solutions, Strong UAT Testing Experience - Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and time management - Strong understanding integration components and having an understanding of where the data is coming form - Strong Documentation skills, attention to detail strong experience with Visio (required), Mural, or PowerPoint creating business process flows - Excellent written and verbal communication ability to run effective meetings and gather requirements - Strong presentation skills - Prior work in the Trucking, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry is also a plus - Azure DevOps tool null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
