Responsible for providing appropriate and effective solutions in accordance with goals and objectives Responsible as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions Conduct gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions Collaborate with the Application Development team to provide appropriate and complete solutions Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements to business processes Create and execute SIT test plans and test cases Support UAT, training and implementation activities to ensure smooth implementation Identify potential risks that occur and proactively inform stakeholders Highlight any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Work with all project members Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) & sign-off, Business Case Document and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
