IT Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business needs and IT solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and successful implementation of IT projects. You will be responsible for working with local and global teams as part of project deployment across BioPharma Laboratories in US, Netherlands and Asia. Working as part of a dynamic IT Team, you will work with business units from around our global teams to, identify, scope and drive change and improvement through IT solutions. Working mainly within laboratories and with LIMS systems. You will be a key driver for implementing process improvements within the lab, IT Solutions support and replacement of legacy systems. + Work directly with the Software team to take user feedback, provide ideas and help innovate our operational offerings + Assist with software deployment projects (data population, testing & training) + Take business requirements and processes, identify changes improvements and challenge requests to come up with optimal solutions and following documentation processes + Work with multiple development teams, monitoring development, liaise with key stakeholders on blockages or changes to development. + Working with Support teams to provide on-site trouble shooting, and working with remote teams as needed + Facilitating meetings, training and workshops for key users + Working with both legacy systems, as well as implementation and scoping of cutting-edge replacement systems. + Some SQL and Scripting to help configure and test solutions + Play an active part in development and scoping of solutions. + Following Documentation and Processes as defined in KGDs and UK and Ireland processes, to comply with INAB/UKAS and related ISO requirements + Working in Kanban/Agile Methodology, and Project Management approaches + Driving standardisation of processes and implementation of group systems + Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT. + Experience of agile development and management platforms (DevOps, TFS, Kanban, Jira, or similar) + Experience in providing expert level Application Support + Experience in User Training and Application Demonstrations + Strong communication skills, including good documentation and written skills. + Experience of working directly with development teams + Good presentation skills + Good relationship building skills – across business including management & lab staff, multi-national teams from within Eurofins, external partners & business customers + Ability to engage in constructive conversation, and challenge stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions + Critical thinking skills and the ability to question and analyse requests in line with regulatory impact.
