Job Description As a business analyst for Insight Global, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and dynamic. You will spend about 50% of your time learning about various business units, building rapport with stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing in Jira, and providing testing support. Building relationships will take up another 25% of your day, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Documentation will be a crucial part of your role, occupying 15% of your time to ensure all processes and requirements are well-documented. In addition to these core activities, you will be involved in process development and improvement, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective. You will also handle regulatory and compliance duties, making sure operations adhere to relevant laws and standards. Your responsibilities will extend to areas such as unemployment insurance, workers compensation, industrial safety and health, asset management, and facilities. Additionally, you will support LMIS (Labor Market Information Systems), tax/appeals, and legal matters, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all business needs.
