ABOUT THE POSITION
The IT Business Analyst is a high visibility position with primary responsibilities to use knowledge of ERP systems along with other tools and resources to support daily users as well as drive the successful execution of projects that provide IT support to EaglePicher business processes. This position focuses on the Finance/Accounting area as well as Contracts and Projects. It partners closely with employees from all levels of EaglePicher to analyze processes, generate requirements, and execute projects to meet those requirements and leverage investment in IT solutions to enable and support the business.
Responsibilities Use knowledge and experience in standard functionality of ERP systems and business processes to review, analyze and implement improvements in company processes and procedures for better utilization of system.Understand customer issues and requirements to provide suitable technical solutions, with an emphasis on process design.Provide primary support for the following areasFinanceAccountingContractsProjectsExport ControlDemonstrate proficiency in configuration and administration of ERP solution to meet needs of business.Maintain ERP security in partnership with other business analysts.Partner with business to support training needs of users.Monitor and track requests pertaining to their assigned applications in IT systems.Coordinate within IT Department to provide hardware and systems software solutions when required.Maintain departmental documentation related to projects and changes.All other duties as assigned.Provide secondary support in other areas as backup to other team members.
