The IT PMO is looking for candidates with expertise in both information technology and business administration for the role of IT Business Analyst. The IT BA is responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs in our global organization.

You will work IT and Business Process Owners globally, day to day. You play an integral role in IT project delivery, including requirements gathering, documenting, solutioning, testing, communicating, reporting, and training. The best candidates have exceptional interpersonal skills, business and technical acumen, and proven accomplishment in customer experience, completing project deliverables accurately and on time.

The IT BA reports into the IT Program Director and will be accountable for:

Requirements gathering and analysis: collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to elicit, capture, and define high-level requirements, ensuring that the customer journey and user needs are accurately understood and documented.Project delivery and support: Play an integral role in IT project delivery by managing project documentation, executing test cases, identifying opportunities for business-led technology utilization, and supporting the transition to IT Operations for business-as-usual (BAU).Stakeholder engagement and influencing: Engage effectively with business partners to influence project decisions, assess risks, prioritize business demands, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment while adhering to company governance and security policies.
