IT Business Analyst - Credit Risk Tribe

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst, who likes to work in an agile environment delivering business value to the stakeholders of the Cost & Recovery/I-Care systems.

Cost & Recovery is a stand-alone tool used for registering and managing the transactions surrounding the default of a customer. The system is used to process key data that helps manage default events. It facilitates the procedure and feeds data to other departments in the bank such as modelling, regulatory reporting, and the lending business. I-Care is a tool supporting the process for individual loan loss provisioning, used to support risk managers in the quantitative and qualitative steps needed to calculate provisions for non-performing loans.

Since their creation the systems have been expanding to rationalize, simplify and automate the process. All of this is helping the bank improve the calculations surrounding default events. As the scope of the application expands: the Credit Risk Tribe of COO Risk & Finance needs to keep growing the system’s capabilities.
