This role, which is focused on enabling Card Fraud Strategy Analytics team, is also engaged with many business and technology partners. A primary driver of success will be the ability to partner with upstream and downstream groups (users, providers & vendors), applications, architecture teams, technology tool teams. Consult and partner with the business product owners to understand the end goal and offer solutions and recommendations during the design. Must be adept at data discovery, source identification, profiling, data governance concepts, privatization, enterprise technology standards, ETL design, big data, cloud engineering concepts, reporting and analytic design, analytic tool platforms. Existing awareness of banking products, transactions, card fraud concepts is highly desired. Ability to establish relationships with Card Fraud Strategy and Fraud Management Teams and anticipate needs and values is key. Drive requirements elicitation process for work efforts of all size and complexity. Work in an indirect leadership capacity to influence collaboration, communication and outcomes of various initiatives. Lead work on all phases of systems analysis up to the enterprise level of the organization's business processes and systems. Provide project and portfolio management for smaller projects and business enhancements. Serve as a key liaison between line of business (LOB) and the Technology Delivery teams. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time. + Serve as a key liaison between the Technology Delivery team and LOBs. Perfect candidate will have hybrid, techno-functional mindset and background + Collaborate with peer groups in Technology and LOBs to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide technology solutions. + ·Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and strategies. + ·Establish project and work requests requirements using document, business process and workflow analysis. Ensure all stakeholders are involved in requirements gathering activities. + ·Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with appropriate stakeholders to plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements + ·Work closely with Fraud and Enterprise Architects to perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications and functions. + ·Understand the long-term business objectives and suggest strategies to meet those objectives and introduce technical innovations, as needed. + ·Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business process owners and other stakeholders to support documenting the acceptance criteria and a plan to facilitate user acceptance testing of a solution that meets the business requirements. + ·Assist/coordinate pre-planning activities (e.g. business case, project estimate, project risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, draft charter). + ·Facilitate routine meetings with vendors, business and technology stakeholders to drive and provide updates on in-flight initiatives. + ·Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects. + ·Prioritizing and requesting data capture in enterprise repositories (Data Lake, Snowflake) for analytic support, card fraud team needs. + ·Attend business unit management meetings, as needed and facilitate routine meetings with business stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to provide updates on in-flight initiatives. + ·Support Card Fraud Data Delivery Team with new initiatives, work on design and solutions (interim and long-term) to enable business partners to perform better analytics to fight fraud + ·Work with various vendors that supply data for Card Fraud needs, and support delivery of new initiatives and projects + ·Provide support to the application owner – ensuring application is properly documented, adheres to all enterprise controls and standards. + ·Researching data – availability, sourcing, quality, relationships, lineage + ·Work with other Data Delivery teams to source data within the Enterprise. + ·Partners with engineers, data scientists, and the data office leadership to define and refine data architecture and technology choices. **QUALIFICATIONS** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience to include six years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development 2. Four years of experience as a business analyst or related role/experience, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Business Process Management, Relationship Management, Business Operations, Quality 3. Management Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements 4. Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies 5. Ability to interact with management, business staff, ADS and DTS personnel in order to gather, compile and exchange information on work requests/project requirements and negotiate disputes effectively 6. Strong presentation, verbal and written skills 7. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints 8. Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels and resolve conflicts 9. Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment 10. Excellent facilitation and organizational skills 11. Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 12. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products 13. Understand core systems, applications and technical platforms **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. An understanding of current trends in technology 2. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data 3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Visio **·** **Experience working with transactional data, working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, working experience and understanding of ETL/ELT architecture and concepts, data integration concepts and big data concepts** **·** **Direct the engineering and deployment of delivery projects in accordance with specified technical requirements and schedules, including Agile methodologies.** **·** **Oversee the planning, design, engineering, testing and deployment of application projects in conjunction with a variety of resources, which may include Waterfall or Agile approaches.** **·** **Adapt plans to meet service and/or operational challenges.
