Summary: Goldbelt Professional Services, LLC (GPS) is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Business Analyst III, responsible for providing operational oversight of the Vaccine Tracking System (VTrckS) and the NCIRD Advanced Business Intelligence Platform (NABIP). This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of these critical systems, supporting technical defect management, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical business analysis, systems operations, and troubleshooting within an enterprise environment. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Document business requirements and data validation in support of VTrckS, VTrckS API, NABIP, and other solutions supporting VTrckS reporting. Gather, develop, coordinate, refine and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards. Support and analyze customer processes and requirements with support of the program. Prepare specified project documentation. Assist in business process redesign and refine as needed. Develop use cases and functional specifications and coordinate the capture of process models and functional testing, ensuring system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated. Document business requirements for enhancements once VTrckS is in post-migration steady state. Provide consultation to training team on user training related matters and activities. Coordinate and participate in the exchange of information for NCIRD Office of the Director (OD) Informatics Team Lead on VTrckS and NABIP related initiatives. Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications such as VTrckS, VTrckS API, NABIP, SAP areas such as SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP HANA, SAP Business Suite on HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Objects (SBO), SAP E-COMMERCE & custom applications like spend plan and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise and technical knowledge in the new VTrckS S/4HANA Participate as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases. Assist in establishing end user training. Provide user support and coordinate resolution of issues to include change management, root cause analysis, and appropriate escalation as needed. Develop and maintain instructional material and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use by BAs in conducting their core functions. Conduct proper knowledge transfer to government employee full-time equivalents (FTEs) or other contract staff. Provide consultation to internal and external partners and Awardees. Maintain communication with customers such as Awardees, program, and team members. Interact with users, other teams, and vendors for full life cycle of project. Participate on troubleshooting calls with VTrckS users to diagnose and resolve issues. Assist in the development of project definitions, business plans and documents, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, progress reports, and presentations, and log all created documents into SharePoint for archiving purposes. Perform and assist in triaging front office or back-office tickets escalated to CDC level2 for resolution. Log all items into the Micro Focus Quality Center/Application Lifecyle Management (ALM) Quality Center, formerly known as Hewlett Packard Quality Center (HPQC), and route the ticket according to established level2 standard operating procedures. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: VTrckS, NABIP, SAP areas such as SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP Business Suite on HANA, SAP HANA S/4, SAP SBO, SAP GUI, SAP Portal, SAP E-COMMERCE & custom applications like Spend Plan and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in system testing tools and techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 or more years with business analytics expertise on enterprise-class data systems and with SAP systems and components. Background in Information Systems, Communications, Public Health, or related field. Hands-on experience with system testing, defect tracking, and resolution. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field. Experience with CDC systems, culture, mission, and IT environment. Experience working with the CDC Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) methodology. Experience with analysis, visualization, and reporting software and capabilities.
