**IT BUSINESS ANALYST - PRODUCT OWNER**
The IT Business Analyst & Product Owner will work as a liaison between IT and the Business areas to understand and translate business processes into system/software requirements and designs that support Operations teams. This role will serve as the Product Owner for the HCSS suite of applications including HeavyJob, Equipment 360, Safety, Forms, Skills, and HeavyBid by performing business/system administration functions. Stakeholder management as well as verbal and written communication skills will be critical. This position is in Colorado and may require up to 25% travel between operational locations.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES:**
+ Facilitate Requirement gathering sessions
+ Define Business Objective and problem statements
+ Document standardized software/system requirements
+ Develop Test plans & acceptance criteria
+ Perform functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
+ As-is and To-be process documentation skills
+ Product roadmap and strategy development
+ Ability to rationalize systems to meet long & short-term business outcomes
+ Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization
+ Strong organizational aptitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Develop project schedules with emphasis on balancing tasks with resources and financial goals
+ Implement and maintain project planning & execution to ensure successful delivery
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation with an emphasis in business analysis, requirement and design documentation, project management and product management
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred
+ PMP, CBAP, and/or PSCO certification preferred
+ Self-motivated, result-driven, detailed focused
+ Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Demonstrate progressive skills in job knowledge, communication, planning, collaboration, decision-making, judgement and problem solving
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Ability to facilitate teams and drive change
+ Ability to indirectly influence peers and leaders at various levels
+ Familiarity with change management models and techniques
+ The physical activity and work environment for this role includes
+ Travel when needed to support multiple operating units nationwide, up to 25%
+ Standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time
+ Manual dexterity in the use of computers and other equipment
+ Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
