As an IT Business Architect, your main responsibilities will be solution design and bid work, which will include:
• Customer needs analysis
• Technical architecture
• Market and competitor analysis
• Bid development, presentations and negotiations
Examples of What Your Role Will Involve:
• Business development and change management
• Gather and analyze customer's business requirements and technical needs through meetings, workshops, and interviews
• Develop and document the overall technical architecture for proposed solutions, including system architecture, data models, and integration points
• Collaborate with technical teams and act as a mentor to other consultants
• Develop and document reusable frameworks and best practices
• Create detailed and compelling bids that include solution descriptions, technical specifications, project scope, timelines, and cost estimates
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to ensure that the bid is competitive and meets the customer's expectations
• Participate in negotiations with customers to agree on terms and final pricing
We expect you to have:
• At least 3 years of experience in managing complex projects or contracts
• In-depth understanding of business processes, business models, pricing models, and financial principles
• In-depth knowledge in IT infrastructure, software development, system integration, cloud services, AI, big data
• Good understanding of information security in relation to the development of technical solutions
• Documented experience in building strategic roadmaps for one or more solution areas
• The ability to analyze customer needs and design solutions that deliver business value
• Experience in applying agile methods and building strong agile teams
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Personal security requirements may become relevant if future assignments require it. You will be based out of one of our offices from Stockholm up to Kiruna. Travel is included in the role.
