CNO Financial Group’s IT Team is hiring an IT Business Architect to collaborate with the Principal IT Business Architect to design and implement innovative solutions that bridge CNO's strategy with execution. This role supports business delivery efforts and works closely with business relationship directors, architects, analysts, subject matter experts, and implementation teams to identify, assess, and articulate business challenges, driving effective and efficient solutions.
