IT Business Consultant

About your role:

As a Senior IT Business Consultant at Fiserv, you will play a key role in the design, development, and configuration of forms and documents within the Open Solutions DNA area—one of the industry’s leading core banking systems. Your work will directly support new client implementations, ensuring successful deployment and setup of the DNA software. This client-facing, technically focused role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive business growth through expert solution delivery.

What you’ll do:

Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA platformConfigure and archive forms media relevant to the DNA platformSupport new clients through the DNA software implementation processTroubleshoot and provide technical support for Windows workstations and serversWork on both day-to-day implementation projects and professional services engagementsCollaborate directly with clients remotely and in person to ensure their requirements are effectively metResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary

Experience you'll need to have: 

5+ years of experience in designing and developing forms and documents for technical platforms5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers5+ years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databasesBachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

Experience that would be great to have: 

Background in financial software, working directly with clients and internal project team membersSQL development experienceExperience with HTML5 and CSSExperience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite for documentation and client communicationKnowledge of SSL protocols and their application in secure client-server communicationsExperience with Fiserv DNA and WMF (Workflow Management Framework) technologies, including configuration and customizationExperience with Nexus Evolution software, including its integration with core banking systemsExperience with ECM platforms such as Fiserv Nautilus or Hyland OnBase, particularly in document imaging and workflow automationFamiliarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module, including regulatory form management and compliance workflows

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
